Notes & Comments

Baildon Boundary Way half. A great race but tough in parts, 6 seconds slower than last year, muddy in places and wind was hard along the canal. Took a tumble in woods at Shipley (ouch) between 9 and 10 miles & look like I have gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson so blame that for the 6 seconds. More blisters now, grazed knee & shoulder & black eye and i've scratched my sunglasses!!!!
