Ashby 20. Much better paced effort than Wymondham, last 3 miles the fastest. Managed to be in last place for the 3rd time in 3 weeks until mile 3 but overtook plenty when we sped up over the final 3m. Think i ate my own bodyweight in chocolate since the marshalls had stacks of the stuff at the drinks stations. Felt pookey afterwards.
