Notes & Comments

Decent effort today. Conditions in the morning looked great but by the time race started the wind had picked up a bit. The route was not as flat as I was expecting and there were a few tough parts at miles 4-5 and 8-9. Legs died at 11 miles and it was a struggle to keep them ticking over to the finish. Flites on so calfs/hamstrings were really tired in the last couple of miles. HR Ave 89% of Max
