Decided to do this last minute after recovering from illness I had all week, Always looking for a PB when I race but this was made completely impossible by the headlong winds battering us along the seafront towards harbour. 4th year on the spin I have run this and never gets any easier.................Maybe I need to choose my races a bit better, case of wrong time, wrong place....... Again.
