The Hebden LDWA....bloody marvellous day!!! Set off from home on the bike, grumpy & resitant. Arrived with minutes to spare, locked up the bikes, and off we set. A few words of wisdom muttered in my ear at the start and I found my smile, and my legs! Felt strong all day, stopping off for some treats at the check points on route, chatting with folk along the way & with food in my belly & sunshine on my cheeks I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Arrived back to the start in good time to be greated by a slightly supprised Richard, who might I add, also had a fantastic run. A cheery bike ride home, and off to the f&g for a well earned pint or two. Marvellous
