Cross Country League Senneleys Park - Found it pretty tough and was weazing at some stages! Alot drier than last year but still found it hard work even on the short few and far between down bits. Came in 4th for Cobra which I'm disappointed with but no idea of my time. Hope it was quicker than last year, should be! Last year 33:36 so will log 35 for now until results are out.
