How does time compare with previous years. standard much better now. Last year I was 15s quicker and 1st werrington in 34th place. today 7th werrington and 54th place!
Who would have thought it? As the ET will say, you're "returning from injury", but it says more about the club's standards.
Frostbite standard continues to rise year on year despite general race times elsewhere going down. Time for 10th place quickest since 03 at least (my third quickest-ever Frostbite time).
John would have won last year. I wouldn't mind betting that's the quickest time ever by a Werrington Jogger in a Frostbite League. I did think the five-mile club record (25:48) might be the trickiest but not even that looks safe now.
Adam Binns slips 41 places to 42nd today from last year so don't feel too bad, Martin!
Binns was stopping to walk then sprinting off again for most of the last mile. Top 50 for me next time and low 28's by BRJ
