Blenheim Cancer Research 10k. Hoped for 1h 10m. Knew things were going well when 32m30s at 5k. Other km times good. Walked at 4k briefly, then up long hill after 5k. Last 2 k just kept thinking this is only running round the block - the uneven terrain was annoying, but managed a short sprint finish!. Excellent!
