Road
Shakespeare Marathon. A good day. Warm, but not too hot. A few inclines, but not too hilly! 18 minute PB. I found the race much harder than FLM2007, probably because i was actually aiming for a time properly. Couldn't stick to the 8.30mm pace and the last 2 miles were the hardest I have ever run - walked briefly twice but pleased to cross the line running. Legs like lead now, but the knee held out thankfully. Planning next mara now
