Brillant time. On a flat road course will be well under 50 mins
Great time Mothy, JavT is quite right, you only have to put your shoes on at Langtoft to go sub 50. Amazing how just a few weeks of int training has made you so much quicker
well done mate good running, I did shout you to go quicker but you just didn't listen ! the training is paying off it seems
