My first 5k race! Was fantastic, managed to start at the front, have a quick start and kept up the pace...was aiming for 25mins at best and was very pleased with result, considering I'm not quite over my cold yet.
Cannot quite remember the splits 100% accurately but it was around 4:57 for first, then 5:23 for second, was at the 3k mark around 15:30 and then 4k at 19:30 and then finished 25:20
