Bury 20 <p>

Plan was to run the first half in 9.30 miling, and then to run some Marathon pace miles (8.30) toward the end. <p>

started off slowly, and just ran how I felt. Bumped into Derek at about 4 miles, and stayed with him until about 12 when I decided to put in my Marathon pace miles. Did the last 8 miles at an average 8.34, considering that the bloody big hill was in there, and the whole course was up & down, I'm pretty pleased with that! <p>
