Folksworth 15 - I measured 14.92 miles. Started off steady then crept the pace up. Talked myself up the last hill, literally, out loud. Must have sounded mad to the poor chap running slightly ahead of me 
Calves were starting to complain before the last hill and left knee hurt towards the end and for a while afterwards, but had recovered before going home.
