Headed out past Brae Toll, about turning roughly 1.4 mile and headed back way I came adding Ainslie Road and a lap of the houses on.

Stomach/abdominal pain almost away, just a slight twinge but the pain in my right leg was discomforting more than the last couple of days. Just glad to have got out after the awkwardness of yesterday’s plod.
