Notes & Comments

Well it was going to be a ten mile run but eight proved to be more than enough. Think I have realised that Thursdays are not a good day for running long distances but it’s the only day I had. Was really difficult to keep going at times, and there were lots of stops on the way back. But hey, I did it and I enjoyed it so who gives a stuff about pacing etc.
