Strengthening - Endurance supersets

W/up 2 sets of Bodyweight squats, Diagonal toe taps, Lunge hold calf raises, Press ups All 30 seconds

Round 1 3 sets of Hamstring walkouts 12 per set, Standing front raise with KB 12 per set.
Round 2 3 sets of Lopsided squats with KB 12 each side per set, Superman 12 per set.
Round 3 3 sets of Lunge & press with KB 12 each side per set, Single leg calf raises with KB 12 each side per set
Round 4 3 sets of Glute Bridge 12 per set, Tricep Dips 20 per set
Round 5 3 sets of Loaded walking calf raise 40 seconds per set, Single leg isometric hamstring holds 25 seconds each leg per set.
Round 6 Standing March with band 12 each leg per set, Russian twists with KB.
