Thanks LL. Conditions underfoot weren't as bad as per your last running of it. You were right about times being 3 -4 minutes slower than other parkruns. I did enjoy the run, as I like a challenge. Quite a low turnout, probably as many runners treat it as a one off visit.

A good indicator of the difficulty of the course is that no runners achieved a 70% WAVA.
