Notes & Comments

This should have been a 14 mile run. Hadn’t been sure about running the day after a Craig session again but weather forecast for tomorrow is really grim so chose today in the end. Felt fine when I first set out and even ran up parkrun hill thinking it was easy. Then suddenly I hit “the wall” and felt I couldn’t do any more, not even 3 miles in! Walked back to the car and even when it started to rain I couldn’t bring myself to run at all.
