Jesmond Dene handicap race. Lovely undulating course. Ran quite well as i had raced yesterday. Handicapped on the times of your last 4 10k races and you 5k and 10k PBs in the last year. I had 7m 40 sec to add to my time. Finished in 9th place and won a prize much to my surprise.
