I had thought about walk-running this morning, to begin my rehabilitation but I didn’t feel up to it either before or after breakfast. In the end I decided on a brisk walk, but felt good enough to try half a dozen little jogs. Success! 5km in 49.13. I now feel up to giving Parkrun a go, assuming there’s no comeback. My quads were complaining by the end and my left Achilles is aching now. Rest is called for.
