3 sets of Single leg straight leg deadlift knee drive 3 sets of 12 on each leg
3 sets of press up position diagonal toe tap 36 in total
2 sets of single leg glute bridge 40 total, press ups 24 in total
2 sets of Lateral walk with band 40 in total, Knee drive 40 in total
2 sets of Deadbug 36 in total, hurdle hops 40 in total.
