Roaches - Staffordshire Moorlands xmas cracker. Great event with loads in fancy dress. Legs were a little stiff and achey after yesterday, although it seemed to be more joints and tendons rather than the muscles themselves. Very enjoyable scenic run, bit slidey in roads shoes at times but am really pleased with how I did considering yestaerdays run. Quads really started to hurt in the last mile but good old ER made sure I finished as strong as pos!
