Eye 10k, oof this was hot and where was the man with the run through sprinklers at the end (and where was the flypast)????

Took it very steady, started at the very back and built it up. Had a sneaky walk at 7.5k, gave myself a stern talking to and then carried on. Couldn't manage a sprint finish so got overtaken on the finish straight but by that point the ice cream was calling....

Eye always enjoyable - next year I'll get under an hour (if life doesn't get in the way of training)
