Plan: run for one hour.

Felt comfortable in my shoes and was running, unexpectedly, progressively faster for a while up to 5km. Good enough I thought and started walking. It was uphill at that point. Some running and walking bouts after that. Lower legs a bit tired. Got some messages about trouble at the homestead.
