Benidorm 10k. Wow what a performance! Very happy with that given the lack of training and injury. First half was all up hill, I looked at my watch at 5k and was gobsmacked to see 27.19, I can’t do a flat Coventry parkrun in that time. Flagged a bit between mile 4 and 5, but got my second wind afte4 the 5 mile point and picked up again. It was long tho 6.32 miles so knock a minute off for that at least. Probably my best run of the year.
