SRL Sommerabendlauf LC Auensee
The sixth race of the SRL and another top 10 finish with 2nd in my age group. Very happy with that after a long travel day yesterday. I didn't think I'd be able to run that fast but then my legs were okay to keep going at about HM pace. I tested a gel from Decathlon's own brand - worked well. I can stomach those at race pace. Overall, a good day at the office :)
