Notes & Comments

🏃‍♂️ Very pleased with this. A club mate and also an opponent as it was a club championship race. He is coming back from an Achilles injury told me he was taking it easy aiming for sub 2 hours. Then he went off like a rocket stayed with him or at least kept him in sight. Around mile 6 slid by him then it was race face to the finish. Calf gave me a warning around mile 10/11 so had that in mind to the finish.

Some good little mounds to test the legs at times.
