Notes & Comments

After yesterday's tough one and not feeling like turning out for this, had a Storming Norman run today - amazing, especially in such appalling weather conditions. The grass was sodden and being churned up with each passer by, the puddles were deep and the ditch was full with no option but to go straight through the middle - wet and muddy is not the word !! Apparently Mr J rescued a young lady from said ditch when she landed in it on hands and knees - he grabbed her shirt and 'hoiked her out' as she was just about to become a bridge for everyone. Despite all this took 2.23 minutes off last year's time, had an asthma attack and found out I have a 'connection' with Swerver :)
