Oriam parkrun, just for a change! Thought I should start trying different places. And no point in trying to do quicker Fife ones. Saw loads of people - Donald and Elaine S, Antonia W, John Brogan and son (ran with them), Pam, Pat, Nicky from Harmeny, great to chat to visitors etc. Took it easy chatting with John B and son, which was great, very motivating. Great wee trail out and back, with decent hills up and down, and narrow so exciting with fast folk coming back down the trail. Roots, leaves, mud, so proper trail! Ran round the uni before and after a bit just to explore. Nice. :-) G
