Parkrun again. Thought S might come but she was too busy. Just went locally and parked this side for the extra miles. Def feel the calf sore afterwards still. Weird. Can't believe it is still weak. Don't know what else to do. Started slowly but chatted my way round - Richard, Susan, Lynn (John not running), Val etc from Kinross. Nice chat to lady from Cheam who was visiting family. Lovely morning, rain held off until we were done. Mild too. Great to be able to run at all and nice to be out sharp in the morning. Rest of day always goes better! Lunch and bit of shops with S, then to Mum's with S and dog too. :-) G
