cannon hill 10km race. run with hannah.
first 2km @ 5min per km pace. this slowed to 5.30mins per km pace.
I felt fresh all the way round running with hannah could have upped the pace considerably. Big sprint at the finish at least. time was approx 54mins (waiting for official results).

Could break under 50mins for 10km possibly now.
