Frank Elfrod Autumn Trail Race- Felt hideous throughout and know I could have done at least a couple of minutes better but was a battle just to stay in there. A real struggle. Dunno why, may be because of recent illness maybe training quite a lot and no taper at all because in base week but just exhausted throughout.
