Three Things You Saw Today

1 ieri il tempo ha condizionato la mia voglia di scendere e quindi oggi speravo che non piovesse almeno le preghiere sono state esaudite
2 manco una goccia o quasi cmq gambe durissime forse accusato lavoro di squat poi alla fine un po meglio
3 meno male che anche Francesco nn teneva tutt sta forza ed è uscito cmq un buon giro anche a 15 sono arrivato e sta settimana è andata
