Notes & Comments

Snowdonia Trail Half Marathon. Good conditions and a year since I did it when had a dodgy knee and AF. Overall, off little run training, 42 minutes quicker than last time. Mainly made up in the uphill sections. Not overtaken up Snowdon or the slate mine, but got caned by loads downhill...…

Kept HR in check, which really helped later on, plus taking little bites of fuel.

Wore new red x-talons after only 5 miles of walking in them - perfect.
