Well done Bob you worked hard for that PB today. If you look further down VVV the page and look at benchmarks you will see that you beat 28 minutes for 5k
Benchmarks are measured in the runs you do. It was taken from the distance you ran which was measured at 3.13 miles which meant over the fastest 3.1 miles you ran you ran it in 27.59
