The usual worry before the run but turned out ok.
Warm with a lovely breeze but hotter with no breeze for the last 5 made it feel harder.
Beautiful out. Great support and well looked after by Mizzle again 😊.
Tired today, which can put down to a number of things. Still a good job done, so happy with that 😊

Ran in new shoes. Left toes need looking after and change of socks.
