Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Notes & Comments

Dysart Dash 10K. Two laps. Crowded start, but good pace - 1K @ 3:40. OK at midway point - 5K @ 19:00. Really struggled over the last couple of miles, very, very tough! No doubt I suffered due to the erratic training over past month, and tiredness from racing in the recent Green Belt and the South Downs relays. 55th out of 464, but more importantly, 2nd V50 and even better, 1st V50 in the Surrey Road League. It's ironic that despite my slowest 10K for several years, it was an excellent result, increasing my lead in the Surrey Road League 50+ , placing me clear at the top of Ranelagh's V50 Grand Prix and 4th in their open category.
