Booths Summer League Race 2 Ilkeston
Massive KADS turnout.
Out and back along Nutbrook Trail
For various reasons I had never done this course before.
Started right at the back and watched everyone run away from me. Had no energy. Legs felt numb. Horrible.
Caught Andy and Steve with a mile and a half to go. Only them and an old fella from North Derbyshire behind me.

All in all, pretty shit.
