Weston Prom Run
Absolute rubbish race. I had high hopes for this month and the conditions were good but my quads gave up the ghost again - they are just completely knackered and were dead from 1 mile and I started running backwards. I put in a good last mile to gain a few places but this was 2 1/2 minutes off my target. Rubbish. Notwithstanding that I somehow managed to get 3rd place senior man for the series! My first ever running prize! And Westbury took home the team prize for the first time, so in the end a good evening. Result 29th out of
