11am - SEE RACE REPORT - PB BY 1 min 18 secs !!!!! based on my own times - PY 53:40 (excs 9 secs to cross the line) & this year 52:22 (excs 15 secs to cross the line) However both times posted in Race Portfolio are Official Results times .... Cornwall 10K at Newquay, 13th of 14 races in the Cornish Grand Prix Series - I am really hoping to do a bit better than last year, even if it's only a second!!! It could be a hard call cos last year is my PB (53:49) - and was the FIRST TIME I ever went under 56 mins!! I SHOULD MANAGE IT - but won't beat all the faster people I beat last week in the Half-M!!!! I will have only just warmed up by the FINISH! GOOD NEWS is the weather forecast is for WET & WINDY!! (PB weather for me)
