Thurlby 10k. HH said at the start she thought we needed to run 51 mins, so mission achieved! Plus my 2nd fastest 10k 😊

The organisers were right that this is a tough 10k, even more so today in the heat! Felt really really hard after 3 miles and felt quite sick. Really pleased kept going but couldn't keep up with HH. Felt quite poorly at the end, very hot and sick and then very cold. Thanks HH for looking after me.

Pleased with 8 points today, was expecting LouC to fly past me. HH got the well deserved top prize 😊
