Manchester Marathon 2016.
Poorly run race - sort of knew that I was in about 7:10 pace shape if I ran it evenly. First mile fine in 7:07, then lost the plot and followed it with a 6:46, 6:55, 7:00, 7:00, 7:01, 7:01......No surprise then that I died in last few miles. Idiot !!!
