Run > Race

PGER PB for me this year, 5 minutes off last years time. I was aiming for 2:05:00 so very pleased. I had Stephen to pace me around. felt really good for the first 5 miles.

In mile 8 my legs started to feel heavy and negative Kayleigh began to make an appearance. I didn't like the underpass at all, not sure what mile that was in.

During mile 11 i wanted to walk, I've got myself in a bad habit walking during the last few miles in races for a minute or so then starting up again, however i didn't walk but i'm sure i probably would have done if Stephen wasn't supporting me through. i now need to just keep this going for future races.

When we came passed the park i just wanted it to be over. I powered through and even did a sprint finish.
