Greater Manchester Marathon
Started well at 3:10 pace but was happy rod that to slip later in the race. Last 5 miles quite painful though. HR ok but legs tying up badly. Ran whole way with only slight nausea towards the end off 6 gels and about 600ml of water in excellent conditions.
