Tried to run to "easy" feel, so lots of walking on the uphills! Wasn't easy at all in to the wind and lack of miles felt in legs for last five or so. Didn't have enough to eat before hand and actually felt hungry from baout halfway - couple of gels wasn't enough,

Pretty good to be running easy and finish only a couple of minutes slower than last year. I bet the wind made it tough too. Did you get caught in any of the showers?

Not really, it stopped the heavy stuff just before the start and then it was just damp wind. last 5 miles didn't feel at alll easy, but the first 12 -15 was good considering the wind
