Wind was a player today and took it's toll. Also look at the distance, I did 600 metres extra an I didn't take the long way. That is about 4 minutes extra, not good as the course must be measured wrong or the Garmin is playing up. Took 90 seconds to queue and take a pee at about mile 8 so this should have been 4.15 and lower today. Take off the wind and 4.10 or lower.

Good effort, looks like there were some sharp inclines to deal with. Windy conditions not ideal either, but still a huge PB and a well deserved pat on the back
