First summer 10k started last in field. Unsure wether could run the distance made way through field slowly. Stopped and walked AT&T water station for 20 seconds. Found it tiring from 7k no knee problems and relieved to finish target time was 51 minutes managed to achieve just. A long way back going to glasgow parkrun hoping forbetween 25 and 25 15.
