RYAN_M Although I will be doing a lot of training whilst at the WPFG in Canada I would like to give this race a good go and try for a PB over the Half Marathon distance. **Post Race Notes** Nightmare run!! Injured on Day 3 of the games and had to pull out of the Cross Country race. Done this race because I couldnt bare coming home having not competed.
