MarkC A good run round a challenging (but beautiful) course, and well under my target time. Just missed out on beating 8mins per mile by a smidgeon, which is a shame, but all in all a good run in the context of training for Abingdon. Mile 11 was a bit of a nightmare but I managed a decent sprint for the line at the finish.

RFJ 3rd year of this one - doing it for Charity with team from work. Couldn't get closer than my predicted time - hard race not helped with shin pain that nearly stopped me from running, the fact that it was for charity made a difference - will probly suffer tomorrow......... Happy that I came 1st in our team beating the boss - always good for morale.
