Keefy Beefy Bit hideous. Was using this race to aid doing a 6M tempo run so going at 9:20 pace for the first 1KM wasn't really in the plan. Slower than my last few tempo runs, but 7:03 on average if you subtract the first KM. Was a hard effort from me though and a good reminder of what bad shape I'm really in.
